This is the page where you can find links to detailed care instructions for all of the plants we grow. If you have questions not answered on these pages, or a plant that is failing to thrive for you, please contact us. We would be more than happy to do what we can to help you figure out what is going wrong.
Make sure that you follow the tracking on your order and you are prepared to receive your plants the day they get delivered.
Remove the plants from the box immediately, and water them thoroughly if they are dry. Do not allow the box to sit out in the sun or cold as it can result in the plants being damaged or killed. This can happen very quickly, and plants should be brought inside and unpacked immediately after delivery. After they arrive you will need to acclimate them to your environment as is detailed on the pages below.
