Returns
Plants are NON-RETURNABLE. All plant sales are final once the order has been shipped. Due to legal restrictions regarding shipping live plants and soil across state lines we cannot accept returns once the plants have been shipped. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item(s) before completing the transaction. If you need to change/cancel your order prior to it shipping please contact us via email immediately.
For all other items we offer returns. Unopened, unused items may be returned for a full refund for 30 days after purchase.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. We can provide you a label and deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund we issue. We will inform you of the label cost and the total refund amount at the time we send the label to you.
A refund will be issued once we have received the returned item and verified that it is still in new condition.

Change or Cancel Order
If you wish to change you order prior to shipping, please contact us ([email protected]) as soon as you can. As long as the items have not shipped, we will be happy to modify or cancel your order.
What if My Plants Arrive Damaged
We will replace or refund plants that are dead or deemed broken to the point of being dead at our discretion. Shipping is inherently risky for live plants and unfortunately they will get shaken around in transport. We will not replace plants that are alive but have a broken branch or are missing a few leaves. We also do not guarantee plants that have been frozen in shipping during the off season. Before ordering, please make sure that the temperatures are suitable, or request that we hold the plants until a later date.
To qualify for replacement or refund we require that you send us photos of the damaged plants within 24 hours of delivery as per the USPS tracking. Please send us a picture of the whole plant, the damaged portions, and the damaged packaging if applicable. We cannot replace or refund plants without a clear photo of the damage within 24hrs of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We make no warrantee of the plants beyond live delivery, however if you do have a problem with your plants please contact us at the above address.
***NOTE***Priority mail remains an unguaranteed service, and delivery may be delayed which is unfortunately out of our control. Please be aware that your plants may have been in transit much longer than expected. If they are wilted upon arrival please water them thoroughly and let them sit for a couple hours. If they do not perk up, please contact us.
What If My Items Arrive Damaged?
Please send us a picture of the damaged item and damaged packaging if applicable within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund damaged items once we have received a picture.
Refunds
All shipped orders are final, and we do not issue refunds except in the case of orders cancelled prior to shipping or for items damaged in shipping in lieu of replacement.
Refunds will be returned to you via the same method of payment used to make the purchase.
Sale items are refunded at the sale price.
Shipping is non refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges of products once your order has shipped. Plants are perishable and cannot legally be shipped across state lines without proper nursery licenses. If you wish to change your order prior to shipping please contact us immediately ([email protected]) and we would be happy to do so.
